Harvey Homes

Harvey lies across the river from the Garden District and is conveniently located between the two bridges that connect the east and west banks, the Crescent City Connection and the Huey P. Long Bridge.  The Jefferson Parish community is currently involved in the widening of the Huey P. Long Bridge, which began in 2006 and will continue for a few more years.  The completion will enable residents of both banks to more easily partake of the amenities of all areas of Metropolitan New Orleans. 

Manhatten Blvd, off the West Bank Expressway, offers abundant opportunities for dining and shopping in Harvey, and a convenient location to anywhere one might wish to go. Whether it be in Gretna, Algiers, or Marerro, Harvey is centrally located in this up and coming area of the city.

One of the benefits of property ownership on the west bank is that there is much potential for growth outward from the river.  The experience of driving through Harvey from either direction is that one has room to move and to experience wide open places.  Larger lot sizes provide an appropriate tableau for the luxury homes, apartments, and condos that dot the landscape.  Many of the homes have a tropical feel to them, with palm trees and bright colors: blues, pinks, and oranges.
